Mesa Compartida is an intimate, quarterly dining experience centered on connection: Apyrita provides a seasonal menu, a guest female-led winery curates and presents the wine pairings with full creative freedom, and just 11 guests share dishes, drinks, and conversation at one shared table—free from formality, where food, wine, and people meet on equal footing.
Vermouth Tasting
Unlike other tastings, here vermouth takes center stage as a versatile protagonist: tasted neat first to appreciate its botanical profile, and then paired with small bites—savory, smoked, or rich—that balance and contrast its character. The goal is to create a moment of mindful pause, conversation, and discovery, where the drink serves as a catalyst for connection and delight—reviving the tradition of vermouth as a liquid art to be savored slowly.
