The name Apyrita is a synonym for the mineral Red Tourmaline.
It represents harmony and creativity, which in turn represents our proposal.
We identify ourselves as a Creative Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant, using products and techniques from around the world to achieve a result of Mediterranean cuisine while maintaining respect for tradition and local Cuisine.
We are located in the Central Market Area of Alicante, where we serve our Tourmaline Tasting Menu, the Mini Lunch Menu and our a la carte dishes, in an intimate and cozy environment.
About the Team
We are Joma and Iris, the soul of Apyrita, our personal project.
As Head Chef, Joma pours all his love for cooking and his creativity into his dishes.
Use both seasonal and timeless products to create an eye-catching and quality proposal.
Its Tourmaline Tasting Menu is your proposal for maximum enjoyment, selecting local, seasonal and timeless Gastronomy proposals.
Iris, Host and Sommelier, welcomes diners and advises them on the gastronomic proposal.
Select the wine offer looking for references from all over Spain and some international proposals,
among them a wide variety of fortified and sweet wines by the glass, not so well-known references and small gems that have crossed their path, seeking to surprise the diner.
